TAX Services

We provide a taxation service that includes:

• Bi-annual preparation and submission of provisional tax returns
• Annual preparation and submission of tax returns for individuals; close corporations, trusts, private companies, NPO’s and Body Corporates.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns for clients on a monthly and/or bi-monthly basis
• Addressing queries and audit requirements raised by the South African Revenue Services (SARS).
• Advisory tax service for clients
• Liason with SARS on behalf of clients on tax matters
• Application for client tax clearance certificates
• Preparation and submission of Dividend Tax returns.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES

• On-site consulting to assist clients with inter-alia bank reconciliations, VAT returns, accounts receivable and payable, and the related accounting work.
• In-house full accounting function from the capturing of data to preparation of annual financial statements, that comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Preparation of annual financial statements for individuals; close corporations, trusts, private companies, Non-Profit Organisations (NPO’s) and body corporates
• Monthly management account preparation

FINANCIAL PLANNING & VALUATIONS

• Preparation of financial forecasts and annual budgets for clients
• Valuation of client businesses and other businesses that our clients are interested in

DECEASED ESTATES

We are able to assist clients with the preparation of their Wills, act as executors of their estates and to prepare the required liquidation and distribution accounts required by the Master of the Supreme Court.

PAYROLL SERVICES

We offer a comprehensive payroll service which includes:

• The processing of confidential payslips weekly and/or monthly
• Preparation and submission of monthly and/or annual returns for PAYE; UIF and Workmens Compensation.

SECRETARIAL

• Formation and registration of, alterations to and de-registration of companies and trusts
• Maintain the statutory records, minutes of meetings and share registers
• Preparation and submission of annual returns
• Issuing of share certificates

INDEPENDENT REVIEWS, ACCOUNTING OFFICER REPORTS, COMPILATIONS AND AUDITING

• The requirements needed in order to perform the duties of an Independent Reviewer, Accounting Officer and Compiler are met by the trustees.
• The majority of the staff have experience in the auditing of SME’s and Estate Agents. Audit finalisation and signing of audit reports are performed by an auditor registered with the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA) with whom we have a close working relationship.
